National Oncology Institute (NOI) was founded within the National Cancer Institute on August 1, 2018.
The mission of NOI is to serve as a clinical research, academic and educational cooperation platform for implementation of activities which help fulfill the National Oncology Program in five specific areas: epidemiology; research and development; prevention and screening; diagnostics and treatment; supportive care.
